When you interact with a third-party offer, that provider may collect or receive information needed to track activity, determine eligibility, prevent fraud and confirm completion. Because VeeWin provides rewards for completed activities, we may analyze IP addresses, device information, account activity, offer completion patterns, referral activity and transaction history to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information while your account is active to operate the service. When you request deletion, we verify account ownership and delete your account and the associated account data, including your profile, activity history, points balance, referral activity and redemption records. Request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app or at veew.in/delete-account.php. Support will confirm completion. You do not need to sign in or install the app to send a request. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Records We Must Retain
A limited set of records is retained after deletion where we are required or permitted by law to keep them, or where retention is necessary to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud. This may include records of rewards issued or paid out (including amounts, dates, payout method and any tax information you provided), fraud-prevention and chargeback records, and records needed to comply with tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering or other legal obligations. These records are kept only for as long as the applicable requirement applies, are used only for those purposes, and are not used to contact you or to reinstate your account. All other account data is deleted as described above.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting access, correction or deletion of certain information, or objecting to or restricting certain processing.
