1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use VeeWin, we may collect account, activity and technical information needed to operate the platform.

Account Information

This may include your name or username, email address, authentication information and referral information.

Activity and Rewards Information

This may include offers viewed or completed, surveys and tasks completed, points earned, referral activity, redemption and withdrawal requests, reward history and account activity.

Device and Technical Information

This may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, general location information, pages visited, dates and times of activity, referral information and technical logs.

Advertising Identifier

Our app uses the Google AdMob advertising service. We and our advertising partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID) together with related information such as device type, general location and app activity, in order to serve and measure advertising, limit how often you see the same ad, and detect invalid or fraudulent ad activity.

This identifier is used for advertising and analytics purposes and may be shared with our advertising partners for those purposes. It is not used to identify you by name. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised advertising, at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before your advertising identifier is used for personalised advertising.

2. Offer and Advertising Partners

VeeWin may integrate third-party offerwalls, advertising networks, survey providers and other partners. When you interact with a third-party offer, that provider may collect or receive information needed to track activity, determine eligibility, prevent fraud and confirm completion. Third parties may operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

VeeWin and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand website usage, track referrals and campaigns, support offer attribution and help prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Information Sharing

We may share information where reasonably necessary to operate VeeWin, including with offer and advertising partners, survey providers, reward providers, payment or payout providers, hosting and technology providers, analytics and security providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

6. Fraud Prevention

Because VeeWin provides rewards for completed activities, we may analyze IP addresses, device information, account activity, offer completion patterns, referral activity and transaction history to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

7. Data Retention

We keep account information while your account is active to operate the service. When you request deletion, we verify account ownership and delete your account and the associated account data, including your profile, activity history, points balance, referral activity and redemption records. Request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app or at veew.in/delete-account.php. Support will confirm completion. You do not need to sign in or install the app to send a request. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Records Kept After Deletion

When your account is deleted, most of your personal data is removed. A limited set of records is kept for a further 90 days after deletion, and in some cases longer where the law requires it, because we need them to:

• detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate or fake accounts, and misuse of the rewards system;
• resolve a dispute, complaint or chargeback relating to your account;
• keep records of rewards issued or paid out, including amounts, dates, payout method and any tax information you provided;
• comply with tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering or other legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

These retained records are limited to what is needed for the purposes above. They are used only for those purposes, are not used to contact you or to market to you, and are not used to reinstate your account. After the 90-day period, these records are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary for an ongoing investigation or dispute. All other account data is deleted when your account is deleted.

Request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app or at veew.in/delete-account.php. Support will confirm completion. You do not need to sign in or install the app to send a request.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting access, correction or deletion of certain information, or objecting to or restricting certain processing.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

VeeWin may contain links to third-party websites, applications, offers or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

11. Children's Privacy

VeeWin is not intended to be used in violation of applicable laws concerning minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

12. International Users

Depending on your location and the third-party services you use, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable legal requirements.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page.
