1. About VeeWin

VeeWin is an online rewards platform where users can earn points by completing eligible activities such as offers, surveys, videos, games, referrals and other promotional activities. Eligible points may be redeemed for rewards made available through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VeeWin is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account. You must not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards, bonuses or referral benefits unless expressly permitted by VeeWin.

4. Earning Points

Points may be awarded after an eligible activity has been completed and successfully confirmed. Some activities require verification by VeeWin or a third-party offer provider.

Points may be delayed, rejected, reversed, adjusted or removed where an activity was not completed according to its requirements, was not confirmed by the relevant provider, was duplicated, was cancelled or reversed, or is determined to be invalid or fraudulent.

5. Rewards and Withdrawals

Available redemption methods, minimum requirements and processing times may vary and are displayed through the platform. A withdrawal request may be reviewed before approval.

We may delay, reject, cancel or investigate a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, multiple-account activity, inaccurate information or a violation of these Terms.

Rewards may be fulfilled by us directly or through third-party reward, gift card, top-up or payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, eligibility rules, availability, expiry periods and fees, and some rewards may be limited to particular countries or regions. Where a reward is supplied by a third party, their terms also apply to that reward.

5.1 Identity Verification

Before fulfilling a withdrawal we may require you to verify your identity, your account ownership or your eligibility, and to provide accurate payment or delivery details. We may decline or cancel a withdrawal where verification is not completed, the details provided are inaccurate or incomplete, or we cannot lawfully or practically deliver the selected reward to you.

5.2 Reversals, Adjustments and Recovery of Amounts

Where points were credited to you in error, or were later reversed, cancelled or charged back by an offer provider, or are determined to have been earned through fraud, abuse or a violation of these Terms, we may adjust your points balance accordingly.

If a reversal, chargeback or adjustment relates to points you have already redeemed or withdrawn, the amount becomes an amount owed by you. We may recover that amount by applying it against your current points balance (including by reducing your balance to zero), applying it against future points you earn before those points become available for redemption, or by withholding further redemptions until the amount is settled. We may also take reasonable steps to recover a reward that has not yet been used, where this is possible and lawful.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive. Where we are required to do so by applicable law, we may collect tax or identity information from you, may withhold amounts, and may report rewards we have paid to the relevant tax authorities. Rewards may not be available to you if the required tax or identity information is not provided.

5.4 Fees

Unless stated otherwise on the platform, we do not charge a fee to request a redemption. Third-party providers, banks or payment networks may charge their own fees, and reward values may be converted at rates set by those providers. Any applicable fees or conversion terms are shown where relevant before you confirm a redemption.

5.5 Reward-Specific Terms

Individual reward types may carry additional conditions shown at the time of redemption. For example, gift cards and vouchers are generally issued subject to the issuer's terms, may have expiry dates, are often non-refundable and may not be exchangeable for cash. Digital asset or cryptocurrency rewards, where offered, may be subject to additional eligibility, verification or jurisdictional conditions, are provided in the asset and network shown at the time of redemption, and may be affected by network conditions, fees or price movement after the reward has been sent. Once a reward has been delivered to the details you supplied, we are not responsible for a loss caused by incorrect details you provided, or by the actions or insolvency of a third-party provider.

6. Referral Program

Referral rewards are subject to the requirements displayed on VeeWin. You must not use spam, deceptive promotion, fake accounts, self-referrals or other prohibited methods to generate referral rewards.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VeeWin to commit fraud, manipulate tracking or rewards, use bots or unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, interfere with the website, provide false information, or otherwise violate applicable law or the rules of an offer.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we believe that the account violates these Terms, is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity, creates security risks, or provides inaccurate or misleading information.

9. Third-Party Offers

VeeWin may display offers, advertisements, surveys, applications, games and other activities supplied by third parties. Those providers may have separate terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements and tracking technologies.

10. No Guaranteed Earnings

VeeWin does not guarantee any specific amount of points, rewards, referrals or earnings. Results depend on the activities available to you, your eligibility, successful completion and confirmation of offers, and other factors.

11. Intellectual Property

The VeeWin website, branding, logos, text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to VeeWin unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit such content without permission.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep VeeWin available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, security measures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeeWin will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party offer providers, payment providers, reward providers, internet outages or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of VeeWin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Account deletion

Request deletion at veew.in/delete-account.php. After verifying ownership, ZippahAPPS deletes your account and all associated account data. Ask support about any pending rewards before proceeding.
